In 1990 Samantha Kane was one of the first in the UK to negotiate a foreign takeover in the history of English football clubs. Since then, she has been actively involved in advising clients in their sport transactions and sport contracts from A to Z in many regions of the world including handling all purchase negotiations of clubs and players; handling all legal procedures and litigation on behalf of players, coaches, trainers and clubs; arbitrations and disputes of breach of contracts, including sport tribunal and courts; and managing all types of sports’ assets, trademarks, logos, names, etc.
