Samantha Kane is licensed to practice before the DIFC courts and has a good knowledge of UAE law. She is also fluent in written and spoken Arabic. Dispute resolution is a core skill that Miss Kane possesses, to avoid escalating litigation costs. However, if all efforts in ADR, mediation or conciliation fail, then issuing or defending a claim at the DIFC courts will be undertaken, if the parties have agreed to the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.
