Governments are in a powerful position to control the freedoms of individuals or groups. We stand up for those in need of protection and hold governments to account on their human rights obligation.

Our mission is to protect human rights through the law whenever, and wherever, such protection is needed. We challenge injustice, abuse of power, and inequality through pro bono work and representations.

Samantha Kane has advised on many high-profile cases, including the Grenfell Disaster victims, and has challenged judgement in absentia in relation to the civil claim for the murder of PC Yvonne Fletcher outside the Libyan embassy in 1984, and advised and represented numerous cases in relation to LGBT.’
