Pupillage.
We are currently recruiting 3rd six pupils. Our main objective is to offer 12 month pupillages to applicants with ability and determination. Commencing 2017/2018, with at least one pupil per anum. All vacancies will be advertised at the Pupillage Gateway website.

- Chambers will regularly monitor and review the implementation of the Policy and in particular will ensure that the recruitment of tenants, selection of pupils and employees or other staff and the promotion and marketing of Barristers is guided by the Policy.
- The Equal Opportunity Officer (a Barrister of Chambers) is responsible for the effective operation of this policy of Holland Park Chambers and he/she will review on a regular basis any guidance issued by the Bar Council or any other relevant legal organisation and make any recommendations necessary, including whether any training is required, in order to ensure that the Policy and its implementation by Chambers is appropriate and in accordance with up to date law and guidance.
- In giving effect to this Policy, Chambers will establish, maintain and review mechanisms for resolving grievances, investigating complaints and invoking disciplinary procedures.
